Hi, I’m Ren (she/her). I’m a therapist who pays close attention to how our relationships, histories, and environments shape the ways we live and connect.

I work closely with couples and intimate relationships, including sex and intimacy. I’m interested in what happens between people over time—the patterns that form, the distance that can grow, and the ways people try to find their way back to each other.

I work with grief in its many forms, including the quieter losses that often go unnamed. I can sit with you in it, no matter how hard it is. At times, it can connect us to something beyond ourselves, even when it feels far away.

My approach is relational, grounded, and collaborative. I bring curiosity, directness, and a sense of humor when it fits. I tend to move between depth and practicality—making space for insight while also attending to what actually shifts patterns over time. I don’t see therapy as a place to fix you, but as a place to understand yourself more fully and to create different ways of being in relationship.

I come to this work with both clinical training and lived experience in recovery, disability, and navigating systems that don’t always hold people well. That shapes how I listen and what I pay attention to. I hold awareness of power, identity, and the ways resilience and survival are often misunderstood or pathologized.

I’m also interested in the ways people find healing outside of traditional frameworks, including nature-based practices and plant medicine. When this is part of your life, I can offer space for integration, reflection, and meaning-making without judgment.

Outside the therapy room, I’m with my family, in the woods, at live music shows, or trying out a new baking recipe.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I aim to create a space where you don’t have to filter or perform. You’re welcome to bring what’s messy, complicated, or hard to say out loud. Therapy is something we build together, and I value honesty, feedback, and real connection in that process.
