Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration to a workshop(s), please let us know as soon as possible by emailing hello@alivecounselingclinic.com or calling (541)216-4034.
Refunds will be offered to anyone cancelling more than 7 calendars days before a workshop.
No refunds for cancellations less than seven (7) days before a workshop:
We are unable to provide refunds this close to workshop dates as plans have been finalized.
Fee Policy
Full Pricing: We are committed to providing training at a fair market cost. Our full price rate allows us to offer student and equity pricing while fairly compensating the trainer.
Equity Pricing: We are committed to making our trainings accessible while honoring the labor and expertise that make them possible. Equity pricing is available for BIPOC participants and individuals from historically marginalized communities.
Student Pricing: Participants who register using student pricing will be asked to provide proof of student or intern status at check-in when applicable. Attendees who are unable to provide required documentation may be asked to pay the standard registration rate to attend.
Complaints and Disputes
In the event a participant is dissatisfied with any portion of an activity, workshop or content-related issues, participants may submit a written grievance to us via email or regular mail. We will reply to all written grievances, promptly and professionally, within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the grievance.
