Hello! I’m Bethany Leigh, and I’m glad you stopped by. I'm a white, cis-het female working with families, individuals, couples, and folks in significant relationships. I primarily support neurodiverse clients across the lifespan. I’m a systemic therapist who prioritizes context and meaning over symptomology. Together, we explore your areas of interest or concern from an affirming lens, attending to the impact of relationship, family, culture, history, power, and the systems that shape your life, values, and beliefs. 

My work draws from evidence-based, trauma-informed practices rooted in systemic and narrative therapy, emphasizing your unique nervous and sensory systems within an interpersonal neurobiology framework.

I'm a neurodivergent clinician who treasures the authentic space and connection of the therapy room. My approach is collaborative, casual, relational, and rooted in humor and compassion. Come as you are. When aligned with client interests, my individual work often draws on intuitive and symbolic tools like tarot, myth, astrology, and story to explore identity, meaning, and gently deconstruct the impact of trauma and neurodominant systems. I view the integration of psychology and soulful meaning-making as a powerful resource for growth and self-actualization.

I'm a kink- and sex-positive therapist trained in sex therapy; I welcome and affirm all gender expressions and relationship orientations. I'm closely aligned with the decolonization values of our clinic, and acknowledge the limitations of perspective as an able-bodied, white, cis-het clinician.

When away from the therapy room, you can find me on my farmstead or in nature with my husband and 3 children.
